I’m driven by big visions, whether it’s supporting a Swiss Entrepreneur of the Year in spreading innovation or completing the Swissman Xtreme triathlon at 55. Leadership coaching is my passion, and I invest time each year in thought leader relationships and continuous learning to make coaching even better for you and your team.

With experience in over 100 organizations across 37 countries, I bring a cross-functional and international perspective, having trained 2,000 leaders to unlock over $1B in business value. My diverse career, rooted in sales, finance, and Lean Six Sigma leadership, led me to focus on leadership coaching in 2016, and I’ve since coached 150+ leaders, including 24 CEOs.

As a Zen Buddhist, I take time twice a year for silent meditation, which nurtures inner calm and presence. I believe we all have the choice to grow and am here to support you in creating clarity on what “success” means for you, even if it takes a few conversations.

  • when HQ decided to relocate 1,000 jobs to a low cost country, supported the site to earn best lean factory globally (from over 100 sites) and maintain work close to the customer

After 10+ years in sales and finance leadership roles, a passion for working on the leading edge of change emerged in me.

I pivoted to serve 2000 leaders to deliver continuously improving quality, customer satisfaction and profitability. Some of the 100+ organizations where I was privileged to serve were fast growing, several were shrinking, and a few even failed.

I had missed the most important element to unleash business and human performance.

The common thread? Leadership.

When 8 years ago I discovered a little known and proven process to measurably improve leadership, I pivoted to leadership coaching.

Big visions, human progress, the underdog maintaining a growth mindset through thick and thin to accomplish what many consider impossible.

After 2 divorces, being fired and in debt, I was able to  and co-create with my wife 20+ years ago a family with 2 wonderful daughters and successfully transition from corporate life to entrepreneurship, enriching the lives of clients and coworkers.

Blessed to have a father who happily worked till 85, I see the very best decades ahead.  Thanks to yoga, I am more flexible at age 64 than the past 60 years.  My business and leadership knowledge and experience will not be as small as it is today, nor was it ever so large.  The planet has more issues than ever before. Let’s get to work.
